  中新网北京5月15日电 (记者 张素)“东亚和平发展与琉球学建设”国际学术研讨会15日在北京举办。中国社会科学院东海问题研究中心主任、日本研究所所长杨伯江表示,凭借独特的渔业物产、文旅资源,冲绳可以通过积极开展对外经济文化交流,使和平发展惠及整个地区。

  会上,围绕近现代琉球问题的由来演变、当前冲绳面临的安全发展问题、中国与琉球(冲绳)的交流以及琉球学研究学科建设等议题,多位中日学者展开研讨。

  中国社会科学院秘书长、党组成员赵志敏表示,中琉友好往来不仅拓宽了中国人的海外活动及国际视野,也助力琉球成长为联接东亚的“万国津梁”。直到今天,两地传承弘扬友好交往传统,经贸、旅游、人文、青少年等各领域交流合作取得丰硕成果。

  赵志敏强调要共同维护东亚和平稳定,并表示,期待冲绳能在“21世纪海上丝绸之路”建设中再次抓住机遇,发挥区位优势,发展成为新时代的地区经济门户和联通枢纽。双方政界及民间组织、特别是学术及文化团体,要加强对话交流,携手促进琉球学学科体系、学术体系、话语体系构建。

  日本社民党副党首、众议员新垣邦男在线参会时表示,尽管当前国际与地区形势充满挑战,冲绳方面依然希望能够与中方学术界携手开展合作。

  新垣邦男介绍了冲绳传统空手道与中国武术之间的渊源,并强调,冲绳与中国自古以来在文化、艺术等多个领域保持着密切交流,两地民众感情深厚。他希望中国与冲绳乃至日本能够长期保持和平,继续开展富有成效的友好交流。

  杨伯江也表示,近年来,国际学术界围绕琉球(冲绳)问题涌现出不少重要研究成果,有关研究应进一步向东亚地区、向国际视野拓展,向战后、向当代时空拓展。

  中国社会科学院日本研究所原所长蒋立峰、静冈县立大学客座教授东乡和彦、中华日本学会会长高洪、青山学院大学名誉教授羽场久美子等中日学者分别作学术报告。他们就缓解当前紧张局势、维护地区和平稳定、争取合作共赢前景等建言献策。

  本次研讨会由中国社会科学院东海问题研究中心、日本研究所联合主办,中国社会科学院国家全球战略智库协办。(完)
